One of the best AirBnBs I have stayed in! So well equipped and furnished making it feel welcoming and comfortable. It’s located so conveniently close to the main parts of the city and still somehow is peaceful and quiet. Maybe that’s due to being high up, making you feel like you are above the city with views out over roof tops. I highly recommend staying here.

We loved this flat - great location, close proximity to all the sights. It is above a restaurant dining room so you will hear the ambient noise when in the living room area and the odd noisy customer leaving which didn't bother. There was a party/music from a nearby property until 4am but all other nights were fine and it is a quiet, residential street. Spotlessly clean and comfortable with lovely touches such as treats in the kitchen and bathroom toiletries. The bed is a small double, as advertised, and we did struggle a bit but this was very clear in the listing. Great communication, very helpful staff - would recommend this property and the rental company!

The Circus and Royal Crescent are so close and you are spoilt for choice with all the lovely restaurants within a 5 minute walk. The apartment itself is quite quirky, who would have thought of putting that lovely big bath is that spot! Fantastic little place, perfectly located right beside Assembly Rooms and a few blocks from City Centre. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Well equipped kitchen and washer/dryer was a treat after a week of travelling. Only slight drawback was the bed - a very small double and quite firm. I slept fine but my husband found the couch more comfortable (honest,I didn't kick him out!). As long as double bed works for you, I highly recommend this apartment. And Bath is a beautiful city. Alexa has a great guide to local area and restaurants. Welcome package of basics (tea, coffee, cereal, milk) was a very thoughtful touch.

Bath Holiday Rentals helped make our stay for our son's wedding a real treat! We were in a central position, in a superbly equipped and beautiful flat in a Georgian building. Arrived on Wednesday, left the following Monday.Went everywhere on foot. Could have stayed longer! We asked for a cot and highchair at the last minute, and both were in the flat on arrival. Lots of welcome treats in the flat, too!.
Communication excellent, as were directions. A friendly company that I shall use again and recommend. By the way, our son was in a more modern, but equally well equipped flat, just round the corner... We walked there daily to pick up our grandson for walks, play and ice cream in the Royal Victoria Park - bliss in beautiful Bath.

Luxury accommodation. The hot air balloons even drift past the front window. I especially enjoyed the big bath tub -- I am always amazed at the addition of modern amenities in historical buildings. We stayed at the Alfred street apartment for 4 nights in September. The apartment was very comfortable for the two of us. Very modern kitchen although we did not cook while in Bath. Comfortable bedroom and bathroom space. The location worked really well for us as it was an easy walk to the "action" yet we found the location very quiet. Close to cafes and pubs and the local Waitrose. A parking pass was provided and we were able to find a parking place at the apartment. The welcome package was very helpful and certainly saved us an immediate trip to the stores. Would highly recommend.

Our stay in Albert Street was a delight. The apartment has a very spacious sitting room and the bed was extremely comfortable with luxurious bed linen. We were provided with a few complimentary treats, which helped to make us feel welcome.
The apartment is located in a lovely part of Bath and is on a very quiet street, overlooking the Assembly Rooms. It is an easy walk in to the city. We didn't use our car at all and found some excellent cafes and restaurants to eat in.

The apartment is in a perfect location, everything you like to see or do in Bath is within walking distance and the flat is situated in a very nice area of bath. I felt very comfortable, the team really thought of everything you might eventually need! Fabulous, you find a lot of great information on what to do and what to see and the apartment is very well equipped, on your arrival you find lovely treats like really good fresh coffee, fresh milk and a bottle of chilled with wine in the fridge and more …
I really loved every bit, the beautiful Georgian Architecture, cosy furniture, the perfectly equipped kitchen — but especially the view from the bed over the rooftops of Bath - I was sorry to leave!

We very much enjoyed our two stays at the Alfred Street apartment, which is warm, comfortable and very attractively furnished in true Georgian style! Thankfully the bathroom and kitchen were in thoroughly 2016 style and we appreciated very much the copious supply of hot water and all the thoughtfully supplied provisions in the two Welcome Packs. Having a washing machine was also a boon during a long stay.
Thank you for refunding our damage deposit to my credit card account. We certainly do feel refreshed after our holiday and were most impressed by all we saw in Bath and by the enormous choice of wonderful places to eatand drink.. It is a truly remarkable city, full of interesting and rewarding treasures. It was particularly enjoyable for us, of course, having our daughter living only a five minute walk from Alfred Street. We will now be able to picture the places she mentions.
When it is possible to contemplate repeating this experience, we would certainly consider a return to Alfred Street and will have no hesitation in recommending it to others. Meanwhile, we just need to overcome the surprisingly long reach of the"jet-lag".

And what could have been better than arriving in Bath on the evening before my event, to be greeted on the doorstep by smiley Alexa, competent and vibrant: a perfect welcome! The apartment in Alfred Street was immaculate, fabulously located and gorgeously equipped. Looking across the chimney pots of Bath from the bed was blissful, particularly, the morning after my event!
Alexa was absolutely superb in flexibility with us when we wanted to linger a little longer for brunch in the sun on the day of our departure. This necessitated contact with the house-keeper on a Saturday morning and Alexa’s own availability and proactivity to enable us to enjoy her city was perfection.

Beautiful, cosy property in a great location on a quiet street within easy walking distance of all the major landmarks, making it ideal for experiencing the best that Bath has to offer. The apartment is very comfortable and exactly as per the photographs and description provided by the owner. Booking was very simple and our hosts were very helpful in ensuring we got the most from our stay, including dedicated permit parking right outside the door.
The kitchen is very well equipped with top of the range appliances and every little thing has been thought of, including a welcome pack with all the essentials such as milk, tea, coffee and luxury items adding to the excellent and indulgent service we received. Our only criticism would be of the bathroom(s) which despite making a clever use of space means that its quite impractical having the shower, handbasin, toilet and reasonably inaccessible bath separated.
Nevertheless we would thoroughly recommend this apartment for a romantic weekend break and would have no hesitation in booking with this rental agency again!

As regards the property, we couldn't have been more delighted with the standard of accommodation. It was truly lovely, a home from home. There was every possible attention to detail from the gorgeous bed linen to the welcome park. The position of the property in relation to Bath itself also couldn't be faulted, being able to just park our car when we arrived and not have to move it at all was such a bonus. As was the excellent restaurant below the property and the welcoming pub across the road.

Alfred Street worked perfectly for us. We are walkers when we are in as intimate and accessible a city as Bath and Alfred Street's central location offered us the closeness to notable sites, shopping and off-script meanderings, but kept us away from the bustle if we so chose.

We stayed at Alfred Street for a week whilst visiting our daughter who is studying Fashion at Bath Spa University. Alfred Street is the perfect central location for anyone visiting Bath.
