Property Details:

A rare opportunity to use this fabulous 4 bedroom property, normally used as a bed and breakfast, as your own private holiday home. Available certain weeks in the Summer, school holidays, Christmas and occasionally for weekends.

The property is a ten minute stroll into the center of Bath. It benefits from 4 double bedrooms,, 4 ensuite bathrooms, lounge, dining room, kitchen, utility room and back garden all spread over 3 floors.

A private entrance leads you into the hallway and into the lounge, dining room, kitchen and and back games room. Doors off the games room lead you outside to a private back garden and terrace.

The first floor leads you to bedroom 1 which benefits from a double bed and a door leading onto the terrace. There is an ensuite bathroom with additional access via the hallway. There is a further single bedroom on this floor which is not for use and will be locked unless previously agreed for use by the Guests. Bedroom 3 has a zip and link bed so the beds can be arranged as a superking or 2 singles to suit.

The second floor comprises bedroom 4 and 5, both of which benefit from ensuite bathrooms. Bedroom 4 has a double bed and bedroom 5 is a family room featuring a king size and single bed.



All bedrooms have a TV, DVD, coffee/tea making facilities and if they do not feature an ensuite, they have been equipped with a sink.

There is a private drive approximately 20 yards from the property large enough for 4-5 vehicles. Alternatively the train station is no more than a 5-10 minute walk away. Within the centre of Bath are many great shops, restaurants, wine bars, pubs, museums, theatres, the Thermae Spa and Bath`s historic attractions.
