- Are there any extra charges on top of the quoted price?
The only additional charge is a damage deposit which is refundable upon departure providing all is in order. Please see terms for damage deposit charges and conditions.
The quoted price always includes parking, wifi, linens, toiletries, cleaning, all utilities (except telephone calls), tourist leaflets, information booklet, meet and greet at the property and a welcome hamper.
- What time is check in and check out?
Check in is from 4pm on the day. However, we will always try to accommodate with an earlier check in where possible and at the least we can usually allow you to drop your bags if the property is still being cleaned.
Check out (with a couple exceptions) is 10am. Once again if we don't have guests checking in on the day of your departure we can be more accommodating.
- What form of payment do you accept?
We accept credit cards (surcharge applies to credit cards but no charge for UK debit cards), sterling cheque or bank transfer.
- Can you organise babysitters or caterers?
We have a concierge department which can organise most things for you including for example; caterers, babysitters, beauty treatments, tours, rugby or theatre tickets, secretarial support and much more. Please click on the following link for direct access to the concierge department: Concierge
- Where can we park?
All of the properties come with parking, whether it is a designated space or a permit allowing you to park in the resident's bay. The permit will be provided to you when we are checking you into the property. Additional parking available at long term parking lots in Bath or at the park and ride.
