Great stay! Lovely place in a perfect location for Bath town centre but also getting to other places. To also have a car parking space in Bath centre is golden! Would definitely recommend.

Fabulous accommodation with lovely personal touches. Everything you need for a relaxing stay. And comes with a parking space - a bonus in the city. Beautiful location with lots of regency history with a short walk into the centre. Will definitely stay again and have recommended to friends.

Outstanding place to stay! This was an excellent place for our family of four to stay. It is roomy, immaculate, and the host was terrific. Everything we wanted, including laundry, a full kitchen, parking, and more made our two-night stay a wonderful experience. It is a short easy five-minute walk into the town centre. It has really exceeded our expectations. I highly recommend this place!

Boutique self-catering in central Bath
Right in the centre of Bath and striking distance of everything the city has to offer, lies this beautifully designed and cared for property. It has everything you need for whatever your length of stay, from a well equipped kitchen, a luxurious bathroom downstairs and handy en-suite upstairs and a utility room. The styling of the property makes it feel like a special stay. It’s pristinely clean, and the owner, Chrissie is on hand to help with anything and everything. The parking space directly outside is rare for properties in Bath and very convenient. A must book if you’re planning to come to Bath.

We have been 4 people, everything has been very pleasant, Chistine and her husband are charming, very friendly, all the details had water, coffee, milk, cookies, etc. Everything is to the maximum detail and the important thing is super clean, delighted. If we plan to return, I will not hesitate to contact them. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
Coachman's Cottage Maria - 2023-04-13
We stayed at the cottage for two nights. The location was perfect, and it was only a short walk on the flat into the city. The cottage was spotlessly clean and in a quiet location and had everything we needed for our stay. We will definitely stay again when we next visit Bath

Perfect choice for 3-night stay for daughter's graduation. Beautiful cottage, location could not have been better and all with parking right outside front door (big bonus in Bath). beautiful flat- great location! everything was spotless and had everything you required- we could have stayed for much longer. downstairs shower was one of the highlights and the open planned living room kitchen area. host went over and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

Coachman's Cottage Jenny - 2022-07-12
The location is great as you can walk to the city centre along the canal and there are some corner shops close by as well to get groceries so very convenient.
We travelled as a family by car so the parking right in front of the house is great (and can be difficult to find in Bath these days!)
The house is very comfortable, has everything that we needed for our stay incl. washer and dryer, two on suite bathrooms, which a family of four needs, and a welcome pack of milk, coffee which was very much appreciated for the first morning there.
The owner Christine is wonderful, messaging a couple of times just to check if everything is okay and to let her know if we need anything which was a nice touch and made us feel very welcome.
Coachman's Cottage is a lovely place to stay in Bath! We'll visit again.

A lovely cottage, perfect for our family of three, in a very convenient but quiet location and with the added bonus of a parking space. Very friendly and helpful owner who met us at on arrival. The cottage had everything we needed, was beautifully presented and the beds were extremely comfortable. We loved the short and very pleasant walk into the centre of Bath. Thank you so much for such a great stay. We'd definitely return!

“Wonderful cosy cottage walking distance into Bath city centre and a supermarket around the corner. Very stylish and clean, it was a pleasure to stay here. Alexa and her team were great, they responded very quickly to any issues and the small warm touches like tea, coffee, biscuits (and wine!) along with local tips / restaurant recommendations were appreciated. Would definitely stay again!”

“A very nice property in an excellent location. We are a family of four and we really enjoyed our stay in bath for a week. Thanks to the lovely host and all their wonderful tips. The property is 5 to 10 minutes walk to many attractions Bath has to offer. I highly recommend this place to anyone.”
Coachman's Cottage Sathish - 2019-12-30
Just returned from a fabulous stay in Coachmans Cottage. The photographs do not do the property justice. On the second floor you have a lovely open plan kitchen, dining and sitting room area. Small television and comfy sofa and 2 chairs. Nice crockery and table ware.
The tea, coffee, cereal, chocolate, milk and white wine left for us were very much appreciated and an extremely nice touch.

On the ground floor is a bedroom with a super bathroom - looks very new. Great shower and plenty of hot water. There is also a utility room on this floor with a washer and dryer. Another double bedroom can be found on the first floor. This has a small en-suite. It is an electric shower so not as powerful as mains but my daughter said it was adequate for her and it was all very new.

Correspondence with Alexa and Laine was excellent and Laine met us personally at the property and explained everything in detail. She was a lovely host.

The property was excellent but the best bit was that it has your own parking space outside the property. The bus is across the road to Bath University (our reason for visiting) and it is about 10 minutes walk into town. Easy straightforward walk to great shopping and restaurants. We parked the car up on Thursday night and didn’t use it again till we left on Sunday morning.

We would highly recommend this property.

“Strong points: The house is fully equipped with washing machine, a deep freezer, full cooking equipment, 2 bathrooms and restrooms. Wifi internet access and TV reception were OK (some glitches from time to time though but nothing serious.) Location is great too, 15 minutes walk from the train station and 10 minutes walk from the city centre so you can enjoy all what Bath has to offer without being bothered by the noise of traffic / people on the streets or seagulls. You can easily park your car in front of the house, which is a real plus in a city where parking a car can be really tricky. The house was impeccably clean when we arrived. Sets of towels were available as well as soap and shower gel, washing liquid for the washing machine, and some treats (bags of tea, coffee, sugar, biscuits, milk, breakfast cereals, chocolate, salt and pepper and a bottle of wine...), a real nice attention to exhausted travelers! There were several brochures to learn about what to do in Bath and in the surrounding area (and there is plenty to do!) and a full guide on how to use the house's appliances. Our relationship with Alexa and her team was excellent: check in was quick and efficient. At some point during our stay there was a problem with the 1st floor shower (even though it was changed fairly recently) which was solved by a very efficient team in less than a day without us having to be present so no time wasted for us and problem solved in a jiffy! As we stayed there two weeks, the house cleaner came after the first week to change towels and bed sheets and do a bit of dusting and cleaning (highly appreciated). Weak points: nothing significant comes to my mind so I'll say none! To sum it up we felt at home during our stay, well cared for and with nothing to do except have a good time! Definitely a nice experience for us. Thanks to all the team!”

“Loved this property (one week stay), perfectly located for easy access to Bath, as well as easy to get to the main roads for day trips away from the city. The property was lovely, very clean and comfortable; welcome pack was greatly appreciated and enjoyed. Highly recommend Alexa’s property.”

Perfect little place. Excellent location, very clean & comfortable.
Coachman's Cottage Caroline - 2018-11-19
The accommodation exceed our expectations. The house itself was perfectly situated, only a short walk away from the city of Bath. The house was beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean, it’s not often that we stay in a holiday rental that is even nicer than the pictures - but this was! The check in process was great - and the welcome package included the basics (milk, coffee) but also some luxuries (chocolate, wine and biscuits) was a really nice touch. A 10/10 experience, and we will definitely be back.
Coachman's Cottage Claire - 2018-10-26
“Alexa manages multiple properties so do be sure to stick to your arranged check in time. The house is located on a pretty and quite street about a 15 - 20 minute walk to the city center. There is a Tesco around a five minute walk away, a Waitrose and an array of restaurants about a 10 minute walk away. Inside the house there is a hallway where you can hang up coats, keys and the like. To the left is a large bedroom which contains night stands, a wardrobe and dresser. There were a stack of towels for each person along with Mulben & Fearne products in the bathroom. The bathroom was large and had doors that opened into the bedroom and into the hallway. Further down the hallway, there is a fully equipped laundry room with a separate washer and drier. Upstairs is the second bedroom with an en suite bathroom containing a shower. An open plan kitchen and reception room is also on the second floor. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, pots and pans. Upon arrival there was a welcome bottle of white wine, half a gallon of milk, muesli, biscuits and sweets. This really made us feel welcome and was a lovely touch. There is also tea, coffee a kettle and French Press. On the kitchen table is a binder full of helpful information on the house and area. They leave phone numbers in case you need anything, but we really never did. The house was really lovely, in a great location and the host was great.”
