The stairs lead up to a light, bright and airy loft -style living room with vaulted double-height ceilings, wood floor, and a contemporary gas, log-effect fire. There is a large oak dining table to seat 8, two large sofas, an armchair and large TV with DVD. There is also a dab radio with ipod docking and WiFi. Double French doors lead out to a little paved balcony overlooking a pretty planted courtyard. Alongside is a well stocked contemporary stone topped fitted kitchen with a five ring gas hob, electric oven and microwave, dishwasher, large fridge and freezer. French doors open on to the balcony with some outdoor furniture.
On this level is a handsome black and cream master bedroom with a double height vaulted ceiling. There are twin beds that zip together to become super king, fitted wardrobes, a dressing table, and glossy chest of drawers. There is a spacious en-suite bathroom, tiled in white throughout with a bath (with power shower over), hand basin and wc.
On the ground floor is another black and cream boutique bedroom with twin beds that zip to become super king, and storage.
Clustered around the courtyard are two lovely bedrooms in cream and plum. One has a king-size bed, a large wardrobe and double chest of drawers, and the other has a single bed with wardrobe and chest of drawers.
There is another large white-tiled bathroom with a bath (with power shower over), hand basin and wc. Here too is a cupboard with a washing machine and separate dryer.
The property has a garage to park one small to medium size car, and a permit allowing one car to park on the road out front or on the neighbouring streets, for holidays completed by 23rd August 2022, in resident bays. Alternatively the Bath Spa train or bus stations are a 20 minute walk away.

Very professional services. A lot of little extras that made you feel cared for. Very easy to find and easy instructions for arrival. A personal welcome which was appreciated. A great location for Bath centre - a short walk past The Crescent into the city. Lots of local amenities and lots of information provided about what to do in Bath and the local area. Quality facilities and plenty of provisions.
Many thanks for a great stay,
Well I stayed now with Bath Holiday Rentals property 3 times already over the last 10 months. Looking forward to more adventures with Bath Holiday Rentals property.
The house easily sleeps 6 and is laid out in such a way that you can relax without being cramped. The kitchen is small but open plan so we found it ideal for a group like ours as we could all talk even when meals were being prepared. There are lovely little additional features such as a comprehensive lighting system so you can lights dimmed for chilled out after dinner gossip. The property is quiet and in an excellent location. 2 minutes to the Royal Crescent, 5 to The Circus and 10 to the city centre. Would recommend without hesitation.
Sara was and yourselves were all very helpful
And accommodating.
I would recommend you to anyone
Fabulous simply fabulous
We were pleasantly surprised to see how lovely the house was. We had plenty of room, great linens and it was comforting to know we had a personal contact if anything came up.
The house is centrally located, we walked everywhere! We loved Bath, such a beautiful town and we wished we could have stayed there forever.
Thank you for making our stay in Bath seamless, we want to come back and will definitely stay with Bath Holiday Rentals again!
Property was fantastic. Well equipped.. all the comforts.. great natural light affords the place sunny atmosphere! We all loved it.
Alexa and her team amazing! accommodated last minute emergency booking. Helpful and professional service start to finish. A week of bliss.
A big thank you! Family of 4 from USA.
This was without question the loveliest self catering unit we had on our entire trip. There is one flight of manageable stairs to the main living area.
We walked to town every day, a nice stroll through public gardens. The neighborhood has a green grocer, a co-op, and be sure you order at least one meal from the fabulous takeaway Cavendish Cooks. They are just a block away, and we ended up having marvelous dinners in every night.
the apartment was excellent and the ideal base for a short break
in Bath. The apartment was very well appointed and spacious it luxuriously
accommodated 7 adults .
The parking for 2 cars was also very helpful as the location of the apartment to Bath centre meant a car was unnecessary. The support we received from you and your staff was also first class.
The apartment was excellent for our family of five - both in amenity and location - and we appreciated the speed and care with which all your staff responded to the few issues we had.
We would certainly recommend your company and the apartment in Crescent Lane to anyone looking for a lovely place to stay and experience the wonderful atmosphere of Bath.
We were welcomed and shown round by Alexa - a great touch. The apartment is very well equipped, beautifully designed, warm and comfortable. After walking our feet off on Saturday - we came back to our snuggly home - had a couple of G&Ts, ordered a takeaway and put our feet up to watch 'Strictly' - perfect.
The location is ideal - lovely places to eat within easy walking distance, newsagent around the corner and a lovely walk into the centre of Bath with lots of lovely attractions along the way.
If you want a stylish rental for a group - this is perfect
Crescent Lane is really a wonderful house with spacious and comfortable area for 7 persons. The three double bedrooms and one single bedroom are cosy. The beddings are very comfortable comparable to 5-star hotels. The amenities provided are all in excellent conditions and the free wifi is really loved by my children. The kitchen is really modern and easy to use. Lastly, the living room is well decorated with lovely furniture and fire place.
The staff is also very friendly and helpful.
On the whole, it's really value for money. It's home away from home. Highly recommended."
Warmest regards
I would highly recommend Crescent Lane to friends and family and hope to stay there again sometime in the future . . .
and the standard of accommodation were both perfect. We loved Bath and plan
to return so will be in touch.
