We had a lovely stay . The house was really nice and well located . The hill up to the house could be difficult for some people . The communication was great ,responses were really quick , polite and helpful - couldn’t be faulted. We received lots of tips and recommendations. We ate out at some of the restaurants that were shown on Alexa’s list - personal favourite was Clayton’s Kitchen. The house is well equipped and very comfortable . The beds were great and we slept fantastically.

“Lovely house with a great view. Lots of space for a family of four to spread out and relax.”
Prior Park Cottages Clare - 2020-03-02
This is a beautiful house. Warm and inviting.
Prior Park Cottages Siobains - 2019-12-08
Large house perfect for a family birthday get together. Well placed for town and Widcombe shops. Possibly not the best choice for people witgh mobility issues as on a steep hill.
Prior Park Cottages Ali - 2019-10-26
5 star Great unit for our group of six The unit was perfect for our group of six adults. It was well appointed and close to the train station and all the attractions in the city centre. The only negative was the difficulty in finding a parking space at the time of year we were there. However, we were warned of this and discovered that we didn't need a vehicle when we were there.
Prior Park Cottages Ron and Debbie - 2018-08-13
A perfect place to enjoy lovely Bath! Just a few minutes walk into the lovely town of Bath with all it has to offer; yet we felt as though we were in a very quiet secluded spot, high above it all.

Nice views from many windows and from the back patio which is the perfect place to enjoy happy hour.

If you have mobility issues, this might not be the place for you, as it's located up quite a steep hill; and it's a 3-floor apartment (one bedroom on the second floor; two bedrooms on the third floor). But we loved it!!
Prior Park Cottages Janelle - 2018-07-23
I would like to thank you for the efficient service you provide. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay
in Bath and found Priory Park Cottage to be very good in terms of facilities and location. We would highly recommend your company.
Prior Park Cottages Angie - 2018-01-06

Our recent stay at Prior Park Cottages was perfect. We were a group of six adults and the house was delightful. Very comfortable, clean and beautifully decorated. The situation was quiet but only a short walk into the centre of town. We will definitely return to Bath on future reunions and would not hesitate to use your company again.

Characterful and rather quirky cottage that was perfect for our weekend stay.
Prior Park Cottages Wendy - 2017-09-22
Story Book Cottage - Absolutely Lovely!! Absolutely lovely cottage with beautiful views from every window, very clean and well maintained with excellent help from Marcus. This cottage was a storybook setting. From the initial walk up the cobbled sidewalk entry, beautiful outdoor sitting spaces, incredibly large and beautiful bathrooms, bedrooms, sitting spaces - it was even better than we had imagined from the great online photos. Close to all the attractions, yet quiet and private. We highly recommend this cottage as a truly lovely and unique place to stay and will try to book it again if we are ever in Bath!

Beautiful home, well-maintained, great views. Very nice home. WiFi was the best! Nice welcome packet. Clean and well-maintained.
Prior Park Cottages David - 2017-06-07
This house was perfect for our girls weekend away. The upstairs lounge and bedrooms were beautifully decorated and we loved making use of the outside terrace in the sunshine. Only a short walk away from bath city centre so perfectly located. Would definitely stay here again.
Prior Park Cottages Charlotte - 2017-06-06
We really enjoyed our stay at Prior Park Cottages. The flat is huge, very comfortable, and has all the amenities we needed. We liked the residential neighborhood and the local pubs and restaurants. Great views of the city too. Robert greeted us very warmly, showed us the flat, and gave us many recommendations for Bath.
Prior Park Cottages Dave - 2017-05-30
The whole thing was excellent, we really enjoyed it and loved the house. Thanks very much!
Prior Park Cottages Rob - 2017-05-11
thanks so much for sharing your wonderful space in bath! enjoyed the comfort and location more than i can say. also found working with bathrentals to be quite pleasant: marcus was wonderfully accommodating and friendly. also rented a space in london and sadly was not as thrilled with their rental agency (veeve). thanks for opening your space to our group - such fabulous memories from a fabulous trip.
Prior Park Cottages Alex - 2017-04-19
Beautiful house in beautiful Bath. The Widecombe location is perfect for walking to the station and the city, but quiet enough to relax and enjoy the comfy, opulent accommodation. We travelled as a group of three mature couples and enjoyed being able to gather in the dining room and lounge comfortably. We used both the White Hart and Ring o Bells for evening meals and were pleased with the delicious fare and close proximity. Lastly, the service provided by Bath rentals was both efficient and friendly
Prior Park Cottages susan - 2016-12-10
What a wonderful place to spend a long birthday weekend: it was so easy to walk (downhill) into Bath for dinner and inexpensive to get a taxi back home from The Circus etc (it was stormy November!). The view of the city lit up at night, from the bath, was also a delight. Otherwise the house is exactly as described, including the description of the steep hill, steps and parking but this is Bath and you can’t get that view without the elevation! We would definitely stay here again and thoroughly enjoyed the space and charm of the house itself.
Prior Park Cottages Elizabeth - 2016-11-21
we really enjoyed our stay at the Prior Park Cottage. It fit our group perfectly. A great location, close to the shopping area, and city center. The White Hart Inn has great food, as well as ales, and the little market had everything we needed. The place is very comfortable, clean, updated, and relaxing. This is just what we needed after spending six nights in London. Would definitely recommend the place to others.
Prior Park Cottages William - 2016-10-14
Thank you so much! We loved the cottage! It was in a perfect location with all the amenities of a boutique hotel plus lovely outdoor terraces. Even our midnight arrival went off without a hitch! I would stay here again in a heartbeat!
Prior Park Cottages Liz - 2016-08-12
Perfect house! Fabulous location just a few minutes from the center of town yet cozy on a hill behind town. Beautifully remodeled with gobs of room, crisp linens, a beautifully equipped kitchen and adorable outdoor terraces. Spa like bathrooms, laundry and cable tv. I only have two suggestions. First, the house could use some fans to cool the rooms at night. Second, it would make more sense to put the sleeper sofa in the second floor den rather than the first floor living room. My son slept down there which was awkward being right off the kitchen. Otherwise...perfect!
Prior Park Cottages Liz - 2016-08-07
Our stay was fantastic! The house was perfect for two families and the location was ideal. If I could have taken that house home with me, I would have! We also appreciate that it was spotless and Olivia was there to greet us as scheduled.

It was truly a seamless process and I would highly recommend your company to my friends and family.
Prior Park Cottages Julie - 2016-07-14
I really loved Prior Park Cottages -- a light airy house, much bigger inside than it appears on the outside. The views are spectacular and one of the highlights of our stay must surely be taking a bath in the amazing upstairs bathroom at sunset, looking out the windows at Bath Abbey all lit up -- felt like my own private spa.
We really enjoyed being able to gather our family together to celebrate my mother's ninetieth birthday.
Prior Park Cottages Joy - 2016-06-28
"This property worked great for our party. It offered plenty of space and privacy for everyone, was clean, very quiet, and an easy walk to the town center."
Prior Park Cottages Paul - 2016-06-25
Thank you. Our stay was wonderful. The place was simply amazing and I feel like the sheer size of it was unexpected from the pictures online. The pics showed the luxury of it but didn't quite capture the size. This was such a relief after stuffing ourselves into a smallish London flat for four days.

The only "issues" we had was the rain, which made drying out laundry a bit of a challenge as we could not hang it outside. The dryer was almost totally ineffective. Nevertheless, we had 3 days to hang dry it indoors and were fine.

I also didn't realize white hart was a Michelin rated restaurant. We didn't want to waste the big bucks on that place (no pun intended) especially given our 3 kids were along with us and wouldn't have appreciated it, but I suspect the proximity to such a place would make your rental even more enticing to certain well heeled travelers. We took your book's advice and went to Yak Yeti Yak, which I really liked a lot. We also hit a pizza place in town that literally had the largest collection of cider I've ever seen, possibly the largest of any restaurant in the world. That was fabulous.

Again, 5 stars across the board. One of the most amazing places I've ever stayed.
Prior Park Cottages Taylor family - 2016-06-10
We had a lovely stay in Prior Park Cottages. The house was absolutely excellent and a perfect place for 3 couples wanting to visit Bath but also spend lots of time catching up. The house offered everything we needed from great bedrooms & luxury bathrooms to fantastic relaxing space and well equipped kitchen. It was a short walk to Bath train station and then onto the city centre. It's ideal holiday accommodation for people who don't mind a very steep walk to the property but it's definitely worth it when you get there.
Prior Park Cottages Susan - 2016-05-25
We have to say, we had the most lovely, comfortable and relaxing time at Prior Park Cottages, It is a beautiful property, with amazing views across the city and surrounding countryside. Great location, situated to the edge of the city and very quiet.

Thank you very much for a lovely and memorable family holiday. We would definitely recommend you and the property.
Prior Park Cottages Carole and Andy - 2016-05-01
We thought the property was well placed in a nice location close to Bath centre. We thought it was ideal for larger groups, who want a convenient, well- kitted out base. The service we received from your staff was excellent and they even offered a further clean of the property if required.
Prior Park Cottages Mrs Day - 2016-04-04
Thank you so much for a lovely stay, yet again, with Bath Holiday Rentals.
We selected a larger property this time as we were staying for 10 days, and the house was perfect, so comfortable & lots of space for the 3 teenagers to escape their parents!
The location was great, just a short walk into the city, but so quiet and with handy local amenities.
The friends who joined us for New Years Eve dinner were blown away, and the amazing views of the fireworks at midnight finished off the prefect evening.
Prior Park Cottages Victoria - 2016-01-04
Thank you for a great stay

I hired the house for my mother’s 60 birthday weekend with a few of the family coming down to stay. The house was amazing, perfect for what we needed it to be.

All the bedrooms were big and the master bedroom was brilliant with a stunning ensuite overlooking Bath.

I loved the kitchen being separated from the living room but still bigger enough for us all to hang around and chat while my brother cooked.

The house is a good 10min walk from the town centre and although up a small cobbled hill was not an issue for either of my parents (although they look a bit longer than the rest)

Being so close to the town centre was great but also it felt as if we were tucked away from it all.

Overall, we had an amazing time and would highly recommend this house to anyone. My parents are even talking about going back next year…..

Great house!
Prior Park Cottages Nick - 2015-12-14
I hired Prior Park Cottages for a 2 night hen weekend in Bath and we were all delighted with the accommodation. The cottage was clean, beautifully decorated, fully equipped and the welcome pack was the perfect extra addition on arrival. We wanted authentic Bath accommodation and that's exactly what we got. I cannot wait to book another property with Bath Holiday Rentals - my aim is to see them all!
Prior Park Cottages Jodie - 2015-11-17
Our stay in Bath was really enjoyable. The property was perfect to accommodate our family of 5 adults with the benefits of shared space to enjoy being together and private space to enjoy some quiet time. It was perfectly located within a few minutes’ walk of the city centre, so we didn’t need to use our car. Dealing with Bath Holiday Rentals was a pleasure. All aspects of our booking, confirmation and welcome were handled with attention to detail with a focus on customer service.
Prior Park Cottages Elaine - 2015-11-12
Wonderful stay at Prior Park Cottages!! We really enjoyed ourselves- location was fabulous, very close to train station and Bath city center. Olivia was there to meet us upon arrival and check in was seamless. We really appreciated the added touches of coffee, milk, granola and some other treats waiting for us in the cottage. The house is well-maintained and well decorated. A wonderful, comfortable stay!!
Prior Park Cottages Erin - 2015-11-05
A nice welcome pack. Beautiful views. Socialable space - ideal for spending time with family/friends. Much closer to the city center than the map suggested with the train station being a 10 minute walk with luggage. Very steep access will make it unsuitable for some.
Prior Park Cottages tracy - 2015-10-29
Prior Park Cottages is a superbly appointed property in a perfect location. Bars and restaurants and a supermarket are on your doorstep (The White Hart restaurant is wonderful!) and it's a mere 5 minutes to the centre of Bath.

Would definitely recommend this house to families or groups of up to 6.
Prior Park Cottages Tim M - 2015-07-27
We recently stayed at this stylish, clean and comfortable town house to celebrate our friend's 60th Birthday. There were 5 of us - 3 adults and 2 teenagers - and there was ample room for us all. The house is very tastefully decorated with lovely views of the cathedral and city centre. The beds were very comfortable, enabling us to get a good nights sleep after days spent taking in the sights of this very beautiful city. A soak in the stunning bath was a nice way to relax tired limbs before going out to eat in the evenings. The house is ideally situated just a short walk from the main city centre in the Widcombe area where we ate the White Hart pub which we would highly recommend. We also ate at Brasserie Blanc and the Chequers Pub for a Sunday roast - very good food in both. Bath has so much to offer and we would highly recommend a stay at Prior Park Cottages to make your trip a little bit special.
Prior Park Cottages Tracey - 2015-05-05
My partner and I rented Prior Park Cottages to stay in with friends over the weekend of our wedding in Bath, and we’re so glad we did! From the moment of booking Bath Holiday Rentals were fantastic, especially Olivia & Alexa – they were on hand to provide useful information and answer questions at short notice.

Olivia checked us into the Cottage promptly and made sure we knew where everything we would need was stored. We were astounded by the generous ‘welcome hamper’ which included a bottle of wine, chocolates, cereal, coffee and milk (amongst other treats).

As for Prior Park Cottages…WOW! What an amazing place to entertain our friends and family who had travelled to Bath for the weekend. The kitchen is well equipped, the living areas more than comfortable and the bedrooms fantastic. The real stand out rooms are the very well fitted bathrooms, both of which enjoy views overlooking the city of Bath. It’s also worth noting that all linen and towels were meticulous and of high quality.

Thanks again Bath Holiday Rentals, we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend you or Prior Park Cottages to any of our friends and contacts looking to stay in Bath.
Prior Park Cottages Allan - 2014-12-04
The house was fantastic & Bath Holiday Rentals service was excellent.

Thanks for making it a great weekend
Prior Park Cottages Richard - 2014-10-08
The house was perfect for our group of six adults. Only five minutes' walk from the station and the centre if Bath, the house is comfortable, stylish and well-equipped. I would certainly recommend it
Prior Park Cottages Rachel T - 2014-07-16

Thanks to you, Olivia and the team! We had a fabulous time, and the house was simply perfect!

It looks great on your website, but the reality is that you have to see it to really appreciate how beautiful, spacious, and tastefully done it is.

Prior Park Cottages Nathan E - 2014-06-10
Prior Park is a stunning property in a perfect location and we found everyone at Bath Holiday Rentals to go above and beyond to find us the right property and assist us with making the trip a success. The house itself has spectacular views of Bath and is furnished to an exceptionally high standard. We are already planning a return trip next year and would thoroughly recommend the house as a base to explore beautiful Bath
Prior Park Cottages Hayley M - 2014-05-15
I just wanted to drop you a line to say what a wonderful time we had in Bath and our stay at Prior Park Cottage. The house was amazing and we did not want for anything. We also used the services of Cavendish Cooks who provided us with superb food for Saturday night.

The whole process from the original enquiry was very straightforward and comprehensive. The information you sent us was extremely helpful and Olivia gave us a lovely friendly welcome on Friday and spent time with us, showing us round and providing useful information.

We will have no hesitation in recommending you to anyone who wants to stay in Bath and will certainly use your company again when we return to Bath.

Prior Park Cottages Lindsay - 2014-05-08

We loved our stay in Prior Park Cottage over the Christmas week. We were greeted with a hamper of all the basics, mulled wine and mince pies and appreciated the tasteful Christmas decorations that had been placed in the sitting room and dining room. The house is very light and beautifully decorated in contemporary greys, whites and taupe and we particularly appreciated the underfloor heating in the beautiful bathroom adjacent to the master bedroom on the top floor and the shower room on the first floor.

The sitting room on the first floor was particularly relaxing with a Moroccan feel to it due to the unusual but tasteful furnishings and wall decorations. Our two 'children' in their early 20's also enjoyed their stay and appreciated being only 5 minutes walk into town.

Prior Park Cottages Sheila P - 2013-12-12
We enjoyed a fabulous weekend break at Prior Park cottage in July 2013. We were blessed with great weather and enjoyed the sunshine and beautiful views of Bath from the terrace. The property is furnished to a very high standard and the extra touches such as a welcome tray, towels & shampoo on the beds and fluffy bath robes provided an extra bit of luxury. The location was perfect, just 5 minutes walk from the station and 10 minutes to the centre of town. We hope to visit Bath & Prior Park Cottage again soon!
Prior Park Cottages Rebecca H - 2013-10-16
I would just like to write to you to express how fantastic staying at Prior Park Cottages was.

We were stunned by how beautifully clean and fabulous the house was, so well appointed that it felt like we were staying in an incredibly posh hotel but with all the privacy and intimacy of your own home. But if only my own home was as clean as no:11 ! it was exceptional house, furnished to a high standard and a huge part of our holiday to Bath and what made it so successful.

The welcome pack, was so well considered with all the extras, including the stacks of fluffy towels that we felt extremely well looked after.

But as a group we felt that would like to pay tribute to your cleaning team, as the house was to such a high standard that it was absoultely spotless, immaculate infact. And we appreciated that this was no mean feat in a rental but so integral to the experience.

Your organisational side was perfect too, so receiving directions and keys was effortless. I will definately use your company again, we had an excellent holiday.
Everyone was very impressed, which was great for me as i organised the trip.

Thank you very much everyone
Prior Park Cottages Alice M - 2012-11-28
