A 5 storey vibrant 3 bedroom Georgian house in one of Bath's most prestigious Georgian neighbourhoods. Spread over 5 floors, with spectacular wide stairs, each of the 3 bedrooms are on separate floors, with their own bathrooms, providing lots of privacy for our guests. Bath high street is less than a 5 minute walk away.

The property is representive of Georgian architecture in that each floor incorporates a single room. On the ground floor you will find a very large kitchen, fully stocked with everything you need including a double oven, 5 ring hob, microwave, coffee machine, nutri bullet and plenty of storage. There is a table with 6 chairs, lovely high ceilings and a decorative fireplace. The lower ground floor has a desk and chair for those who can't fully escape work. The family bedroom is also on this level and has a bunk bed, comprising a double bed with single bed on top, a 2 person sofa, large smart TV and a hanging rack. Next door is a spacious shower room with sink, w.c and large newly designed shower. At the back of this level is the utility room, located in original vaults. It has a washing machine, separate tumble dryer, ironing facilities, additional freezer and a hob and kettle.

On the first floor you will find the lounge with two 3 seater sofas, a couple of poufs, decorative fireplace and a large smart TV and DVD player. The lounge has lovely tall ceilings, sash windows with views out the front and back, and bookshelves either side of the fireplace filled with books and dvd's. The 2nd floor has the master bedroom with a 5' king size sleigh bed, built in wardrobes and shelves, a smart TV and windows with more of those fabulous views. There is an ensuite with sink, w.c. and shower over bath.

On the top floor is bedroom 3 which also has a 5' king size bed, tall boy chest with smart TV on top, windows at the front and back with a spectacular view across Bath and the fields beyond. There is another ensuite with sink, w.c. and bath with shower over. There is a hanging rack outside the bedroom in the hallway.

The property is a 5 minute walk away from Charlotte Street car park. Alternatively the park and ride would also work well for this property. The Bath Spa train and coach stations are a 20 minute walk away.

You are surrounded by historic architecture and it is a wonderful 5 minute walk to the main high street. There are a great many museums, galleries, shops bars, and restaurants to choose from, all close by. St. James parade is where you will find a newsagent, chemist, barbers, an Italian delicatessen, pub, florists and organic green-grocers. Also nearby is Margaret's Buildings which is an attractive pedestrian street with a selection of restaurants, art galleries and gorgeous boutiques. There is a co-op nearby for essentials or Waitrose supermarket in the City Centre. The property is just above The Assembly Rooms and the Bartlett Street Quarter with a selection of Shops, Restaurants and Cafes. There are a couple of good gastro pubs around the corner, The Chequers on Rivers Street and The Marlborough Tavern at the top of Marlborough Buildings. A five minute walk into Royal Victoria Park and play tennis, mini golf, or the children can enjoy a huge outdoor activity play area. The approach golf course is up the road and has fantastic views.

Beautiful property which was ideal for the 6 of us. Having our own floor with our own bathroom was great so it allowed us time to relax away from the 4 teens we had with us. Good location. Will stay again.
